FAQs

How does Provn work?

Provn connects you with licensed U.S. clinicians for personalized treatment across weight management, sexual wellness, and healthy aging. You start with a short online quiz about your health and goals, a licensed provider in your state reviews your information, and if appropriate, they prescribe a treatment plan. Medication is shipped directly to you, and your provider adjusts your care over time based on how you respond.

Provn offers prescription treatments across three areas: weight management (including GLP-1 medications and metabolic support), sexual wellness (including ED treatments), and strength and longevity (including NAD+, sermorelin, and other peptide therapies). Your provider recommends what’s appropriate based on your consultation.

Provn serves adults seeking medical support in one of our treatment areas. Eligibility depends on the specific treatment, your medical history, current medications, and your state of residence. A licensed provider reviews all of this during your online consultation to determine whether a treatment is appropriate and safe for you. If it isn’t, they may recommend an alternative.

Yes. All prescription medications offered through Provn require a licensed provider’s approval. During your online consultation, a U.S.-licensed clinician reviews your medical history and determines whether treatment is appropriate. The consultation is online and takes only a few minutes.

Care is delivered by licensed clinicians from physician-led medical groups with nationwide coverage, including MDs, DOs, and experienced nurse practitioners who practice telemedicine in compliance with applicable state laws. You’ll be matched with a provider licensed in your state.

Yes. Provn is HIPAA compliant, and your health information is handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws. Your consultation and records are kept confidential between you and your care team.

Pricing depends on the treatment plan your provider recommends. Many treatments are FSA and HSA eligible, and shipping is free with all plans. You’ll see clear pricing before you commit to anything.

Once your provider approves a treatment, your medication ships directly to you with free expedited shipping. Availability of certain treatments may vary by state depending on pharmacy licensing.

Yes. Plans are month-to-month with no long-term commitment. You can cancel through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team at any time.
